Is it New Year's eve already? Why do I not even notice that?
Well, there is no festive atmosphere at all here in Davis. Students all went back during the winter break, and the whole town is like a godforsaken place. I should've go out of town to San Francisco or Sacramento to soak up the atmosphere and wait for the countdown.
Anyway, there is no going back. I spent the night with my housemate at Namaste, a Nepali restaurant. We had some Indian or Nepali food, which really satisfied us.
In the photo below is a dish called Samosa, one of my favorite dishes. Looks yummy, huh?
